We try to accommodate same-day or last-minute bookings when our schedule allows. Contact us directly for urgent requests, and we'll do our best to fit you in.

To help us clean efficiently:

• Please tidy up personal items or clutter

• Ensure access to all areas that need cleaning

• Secure any pets if needed

We accept the following payment methods:

• Major credit cards (please note: a 3% surcharge applies)

• Cash

• E-transfer

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the service. If other arrangements are needed, please contact us in advance.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee to compensate our cleaners for lost time.

It’s up to you! You’re welcome to provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment, or we can bring everything needed for the job, just let us know your preference when booking.

Our standard cleaning includes:

Yes, we bring our own high-quality vacuum and mop to every cleaning. However, if you prefer we use your personal equipment to help eliminate the risk of cross-contamination between facilities, we’re happy to do so.

Just let us know in advance so we can make the appropriate arrangements.

No, you don’t need to be home. Many of our clients provide a key or access code. We’re fully insured and our cleaners are background-checked for your peace of mind.

That depends on the size and condition of your space. A standard 2-bedroom apartment takes approximately 3-4 hours. We'll give you a time estimate after assessing your needs.

Yes, we're happy to work around pets. However, for everyone's safety, we kindly ask that aggressive or overly anxious animals be secured during the cleaning.
